This project is a full end-to-end client lifecycle system built in GoHighLevel for a service-based business.

The system automates lead qualification, sales follow-ups, missed call recovery, appointment handling, onboarding, client health monitoring, reputation management, and reactivation — with AI-assisted decision logic and workflow safeguards.

🚨 Business Problem

Service businesses struggle with:

• Slow or missed lead follow-ups
• Inconsistent sales qualification
• Missed calls and no-shows
• Manual onboarding tasks
• Losing inactive or unhappy clients
• No visibility into client health

These issues lead to lost revenue, poor client experience, and operational overload.
