This project involved migrating appointment and customer data from an external booking system into GoHighLevel (GHL), and building automation workflows for treatment-based communication.

The client wanted a centralized CRM inside GHL while still using their existing booking system. The solution required syncing customer and appointment data, and triggering automated treatment workflows based on booking types.

• Customer and appointment data was stored in an external booking system
• No centralized CRM inside GoHighLevel
• Manual tracking of customer information
• No automated follow-up emails after bookings
• Treatment-specific communication was not automated
• Data from external API was not structured for GHL usage
