🧠 Overview

This project is a Patient Communication Automation System built for hospitals, clinics, or medical device providers to streamline patient communication from paperwork to long-term follow-ups.

Using Zapier as the automation engine, the system ensures patients receive the right message, at the right time, through the right channel—while reducing manual work for staff.

The automation covers reminders, scheduling nudges, device readiness notifications, satisfaction surveys, review requests, urgent keyword alerts, and quiet hours compliance.

❗ Problem

Healthcare teams commonly struggle with:

• 🕒 Patients missing paperwork deadlines
• 📅 Patients forgetting to schedule appointments or deliveries
• 🧾 Unpaid balances and incomplete responsibilities
• 😕 Poor post-appointment follow-ups
• 🚨 Urgent patient messages being overlooked
• ⏰ Risk of messaging patients outside allowed hours

These issues increase staff workload, reduce patient satisfaction, and create communication gaps.

I designed a connected automation ecosystem that proactively manages patient communication by:
